Is there a list of all Fantasy cards and what their starting OVR is??

Go to My Collection > Events and there's a Fantasy collection to see all the cards. 

You won't really see where the OVR started but you can do a bit of math to figure it out based on their NHL stats.

You can also search the dozens of content creators and see their videos from when the items dropped.
