Missing cards and coins

Question

So I put all the team of the year 94 overall cards in for the team of the season players and you know it said set completed for all of them but when I went to go open the packs and receive my Toty bnds they both weren’t there so I contacted and they said they couldn’t help unless I posted a forum and they resolved my case even though it wasn’t resolved. Then the ovechkin tribute card came out I bought it and when I went to open it my game crashed and wouldn’t let me open for like 5 minutes then when I did load back in I didn’t have the pack nor did I have the 1,400,000 I spent on it so I made a new case and they said they’d give me my coins but nothing about the cards yet. Now it says waiting on player but I haven’t got no email nothing from ea yet so is there a way to fix that or what cause I haven’t my Xbox linked and my gmail so that they can email me about the cases. I’m just starting to get impatient with the fact that there is 4 days left of the ovi card and I still haven’t got my cards&nbsp;

See I have don’t that but they told me to post forums and wait for an ea manager to help me honestly ea help changed about a month ago and since that change it’s been horrible they never actually contact you on your email and they close cases and say they are resolved when they aren’t just go back to the old way where u actually had a real team emailing about certain problems cause they bots are stupid and me having to make a 3rd post about my missing cards and coins is crazy work&nbsp;

Go to the actual EA website. Open up customer support. Go to NHL 25. And from there you should be able to open a complaint form. State your case, and HOPE that they resolve this problem for you. GL!

Type in EA. Then open the web site for English. Find NHL 25. Open the article that says i am looking for something I own. It will allow you to open a chat forum. Relay to them what has happened.
