Yeah that seems to be the case. But as I said, I had already restarted HUT, so I think it's strange that it required two restarts to see the last two upgrade tiers for the selected player. Or maybe there was an issue that hadn't been fixed when I restarted HUT for the first time.

I had restarted HUT and my Weber wasn't upgraded but Couture and Lehner were upgraded. Are you saying that Lehner and Weber were upgraded for you but Couture wasn't?

EA_Aljo​ Phasto already asked this question, but just for clarification, TOTS Werenski was an MSP just like all other NHL TOTS cards but was changed to a non MSP card with today's update. Why is that? Can he get his TOTS card art back?

all 3 are upgraded, you probably haven't restarted HUT yet (I had to do the same because my Couture wasn't upgraded)

Yes for Couture and Lehner, but not for Weber.

now that 99 Daily Hatricks are unlocked to 99 can we get some sets or objectives to make collectibles for those that missed some.

Rantanen as a Carolina Card is a weird decision, especially since it's obviously not possible to upgrade his TotS Card.

And why was the Msp Card art replaced at TotS Werenski?
