Problems with playing HUT in NHL 25

I have now had few days big problems with hockey ultimate team game. When I start rivals game, game found my opponent, shows short grudge match video and then it tries to sync for a while and then gives me error code CE-108255-1 (something went wrong in the game or app). I have done troubleshooting with playstation with that error code, make all steps but didn´t help. I have talked with EA chat but they didn´t have anything more to help me. Does somebody else have same problems ar any helps to me, please?

      Is it only Rivals that is causing this issue?

        It´s whole HUT space where the issue is  (rivals problem i told previous, others like hut moments freezes to empty ice before game starts).

        And I add also that other online games are working correct (FC 25, fortine...)

    Hi there. Let's try a couple of things. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. 

    If that doesn't help, try disabling crossplay. Then, try playing and let me know if it happens.
