I have the same problem, I'm not the only one, I play on a cable connection and my net is 1000/500 and the players don't behave as if they have 5 controllers, I tried using a cable and it's the same, ping 17, but it's bad, their servers are simply nothing extra, if you go, you'll stick it out play in green as soon as you get the puck, in red you won't get to his goal because you don't have energy, but his players are happy to go like nothing.
