X-Factor Captain Choice Pack issue

On November 3rd, I've opened my 2nd X-Factor Captain choice pack and chose Miro Heiskanen on the selection screen. Then when the pack opened, the player was Nikita Kucherov. The issue here is that I already owned a Captain Nikita Kucherov, so now I own two of them, with no use for a second one. I've reported the incident right away to the EA Help team, providing them screenshots and I have been monitoring the case ever since. Today, Basel, a EA representative, told me to make a post here so the case can be solved. It has been 16 days and I've spoke with EA Help 4 times now. I would appreciate if that matter could be resolved in the next days.
