Xp not being granted after completing objectives

Lost out on 17000 points total after redeeming the 15 wins objectives and completing the week 3 objectives. Re installed the game and redeemed a week 4 objective and it worked. Quite Disappointing as I rely on those objectives to complete the xp path as I only play 8ish hours a week. Any help in retrieving the points would be appreciated
