Be a Pro Challenges stopped coming

A few months into my second season in Be a Pro my player got injured. Once he recovered, I never got any more challenges to move up a line. 

Every time I have a conversation with my agent or coach and they tell me they will be evaluating me, the only response is “Okay, goodbye.” and I don’t receive a challenge. So now I’m stuck on second line and have no challenges besides playoff check-ins. It’s been like this for 3 seasons. Changing teams don’t seem to help. Anybody have the same issue or find a fix?
