Can’t exit practice mode

Hello

my name damien white and im male superstar with many good vids

How the hell do I get out of practice mode? I’ve clicked every button and tried every combo I can but I can’t exit practice mode? I shouldn’t have to restart my whole console to exit.

Hi there. Just hit the button you use to go to the pause menu and hit down on the D pad until see 'Quit'. It's at the bottom of the list.
