Can't send messages to mods and other issues
Nothing happens for me but the send graphic is switched to the loading button and then nothing else ... I'm trying to get in touch with EA_Aljo for advice on a post I got in trouble for lol. The other issues I have mentioned in the title are dependant on the message I sent to the mod who rightfully had the issue with my original post is answered or not . If EA_Aljo is reading this and you did not get a message from me please contact me to check on my edited version of the original post is not going to have me in more trouble lol...thanks.
Game play movement
Online please explain why sometimes I play and everything moves smoothly with controller commands. Then next the gameplay commands are delayed all my skaters energy is depleted. The game is moves like fish flopping in the water. I can’t skate or my player automatically energy get depleted. Like what’s going on with this game?Height and Weight Impact
Does anyone know the impact that height and weight have IN game? I know they obviously affect certain attributes like speed, strength, etc. out of game, but do they also play apart in the actual game? For instance, would a 6'5" 220lb player with 99 speed be as fast as a 5'9" 160lb player with 99 speed? Would that 5'9" player with 90 balance resist hits the same as the 6'5" player with 90 balance? The answer should be that only attributes matter in game, but the actual gameplay feels otherwise. I just wanted to confirm if anyone has any facts on this and to see how much it really impacts gameplay. thank you!

We need bans and suspensions
Why is it that in EVERY other game, there is a report for griefing option and subsequent penalties for destroying games and wasting peoples time. This is an embarrassment. It feels like nearly half of drop ins are ruined by goalies purposely leaving the net to get scored on, players purposely scoring on their own goalies to get them to quit, taking interference penalties on cooldown, teammates getting into screaming matches and acting like children. All of this with NO punishment, no auto detection, not even a report system. Please work on this, I promise you there are players who have stopped playing because they are solos and have no other option but get their EASHL games ruined and their time wasted. I did April 7th.. checked the store last night 8pm the WOC store changes every day.. havent seen Washingtons 3rd, sharks 3rd, 2026 winter classic and stadium jerseys nore 2025 winter or stadium series jerseys, no red wings or rangers 100th centennial jerseys,no colorado 3rd or ottawa 3rd jerseys, Bostons new home and away?.. soo Where in the store are they???? im looking in the " league" section in every divistion..where are they????? Someone at EA or in the commnets wanna help me out here on where to go to find these in the woc store?? cuz i check everywhere "Leage" every division even international, "Chel coin" section to never see them but i have seen a few wearing the rangers winter classic or bostons new home an away jerseys so again ea WHERE IS THESE ALTERNATE 3RD JERSEYS AND WINTER CLASSIC AND STADIUM SERIES JERSEYS FROM NOT JUST 2026.. The Worst NHL in a while
I couldn’t begin to tell you just how bad this game truly is. You could genuinely be destroying the opponent in TOA, FACEOFFS, SHOTS, HITS, ETC… and somehow the game has programmed you to have the bad ai goalie out of the 2. Its honestly truly embarrassing how bad the game is just in general too. From puck bounces to abilities. Its truly been an awful experience on this game and I dont understand how the game can be this bad and still be sold to consumers. EMBARRASSING
