Can’t see your end of Rink when you play for UTA hockey team

Hello I’ve been playing NHL26 on PlayStation 5 and for some reason when you play for UTA team and puck goes into your end you can’t see nothing well on Defence… It’s like a curtain there blocking you to see… I took a picture of it… You can’t contact EA sports and that stupid chat thing don’t work at all…
