Create a Player menu request

I was hoping we could get a few minor tweaks to the Player Creation section:

1. Remove the age filter from the leagues.  Currently underage players can only be assigned to the Canadian Junior Leagues, and for some reason, 15yo players can only go to the OHL.  Can you remove this block?  There are more 15yo players in the WHL than the Q or OHL but we can't place them there.  There are numerous underage players overseas as well.  Perhaps there's some legal reason why this was put in?  If not, removing this block would be appreciated.
2. Can we get a more sortable Created Players list?  It's just divided between skaters and goalies right now.  Could we get a few more options, like maybe include all of the positions or assigned/unassigned?  I create hundreds of players (current count 591) and if I want to edit or assign one late in the alphabet it takes forever to scroll to him.  This would help cut that time down. 
3. This might be a little more complicated but could we maybe have an option to assign a team right in the player's menu?  For example, change 'Pro Team' to 'Pro Rights' and add another field for 'Current Team."  Another solution could be, after you save your build, an option to assign a team pops up before it takes you back to the player list.  Currently you build and save, then it takes you back to the top of the list, then you have to scroll back down to the player you just created to assign a team.  It's pretty clunky.

All three of these would be great but any one of them would be helpful.  I appreciate your time EA_Aljo​ and welcome any feedback.  Thanks.
