Defense is BROKEN

Playing defense in chel might be the most unrewarding and unforgiving experience I've ever had in a sports game. Perfectly positioned to intercept a pass? Cross your fingers and hope it works out. Want to throw a big hit? Better hope they don't counter check you! Who knows how the outcome of a hit vs counter check is even calculated anymore. Hey you can always just poke check, but you only get one chance, and even if it's perfectly timed, only a 25% chance they lose the puck, even less of a chance to gain possession. Oh and don't forget, you can get counter checked trying to poke check or stick lift and theres no penalty in the game for that LOL. Don't even bother with stick lifts they somehow feel even less responsive than last year. Back skating feels like you are skating in mud. Almost ZERO risk to poor offensive play and puck carrying this  year. By the way, defense has felt bad for a few years now, so expect nothing to change.
