Yes. You most likely need to opt in to receive emails from us to get it.

I receive updates, ie, notifications regarding posts I’ve made or responded to. I don’t see a link to a survey. I’d love to take the survey if possible.

Emails from the forums are different. You'll need to go to myaccount.ea.com > Communication Preferences to toggle receiving emails from us. Unfortunately, it already went out so it wouldn't be sent again if you turn this on. There is no link to the survey.

  I just checked that site and I had email set to “on.” However, I hadn’t previously selected NHL as a game that I’m interested in. Maybe that was my issue. Either way, and like you said, the opportunity has passed.
