EASHL RANK NOT COUNTING

Been playing since the NHL26 Pre Order Early Access have over 100 Games played with my Club. None of our games count towards the Leader board.  When we match up in a Grudge match it shows our record...

Hello. What is your team name? Also, just to be clear, it's the club rank that doesn't change but your player rank is going up?
