Edit or create players in Franchise..?

Blank portraits - lack of creativity in create a player - will there be any changes in that area ..maybe a DNA option like NBA 2k has - All the focus for creating players are in “Be a Pro” ect but nothing new in Franchise ..a little help here EA !
