So, sometimes it does save?
It looks like you're on Xbox. Try clearing the personal saved data with these steps:
- Hit the Guide button on your controller
- Highlight the NHL 26 icon
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one with 3 horizontal lines on it to the right of the Guide button
- Choose Manage game & add ons > Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Just delete it locally. That way, it all downloads from the cloud.

Hey! What are the equivalent steps on PS5? Keep getting this issue with our club and it’s a super frustrating time sink just testing to see if something will save. Can’t edit the jerseys at all. Any ideas?

@rqax...What platform are you using. Franchise. Chel......? If its franchise mode for example. Jerseys can only be edited in the off season, and owner mode has to be turned on.

World of Chel. I always get errors when trying to edit jerseys, team colours, etc. in the Club Identity or Club Arena tabs. For example, we unlocked a couple stock jerseys we wanted to try out, but receive error codes when trying to equip or change anything.
It’s often a “failed to retrieve data” long error code. Then it boots you back to main menu outside of World of Chel
