Gameplay is infuriating

 I came back after taking a break in NHL 25. Coming back and playing HUT has been fun with the rewards and you actually get stuff for playing but the gameplay isn’t worth it. The constantly L2 spam mixed with not having any defence and terrible offensive AI with the defensive AI perfectly watching passing lanes just makes it so everyone is skating with one player taking it to the net. Real hockey is non stop passing to create space. Everyone skating backwards. Goalies make routine saves on cross crease one timers but if you shoot it from almost behind the goal line it goes in 50 percent lol. Why would anyone play a game where you can’t even play manual defence or pass the puck in a hockey simulation.
