Get Rid of Elite Edges/Wheels in EASHL

All the traits that should NEVER exist in WOC.

Truculence, Wheels, Elite Edges, Pressure+, Hipster, Spark Plug,

Things that need toned down.

I also feel like we should only have access to 2 X-Factors. I'd remove the gold lowest tier and let us have 1 Red and 1 Blue. Having too many X-Factors makes players too good in too many areas.
