GM connected is back!

Not enough people clocked this screenshot in the trailer for GM Connected. "teams without a human user cannot be controlled, traded with, or played against". Also its only 1 season long. So in other words they have again rendered the mode useless and very few people will play it, again.

More like “connected 1 season.” What a joke. I can’t believe (I can) they fumbled this so hard. 

Who cares. Telling everyone what they already know. I hated that mode. All online modes matter of fact.

Why does my reply that highlights the extreme limitations of this "new" gm connected keep getting deleted? Im using a screenshot from your own trailer to highlight the fact that this mode is only 1 season and doesnt allow users to interact with or play against Ai teams which renders the mode nearly useless.

Has been confirmed it is not a single season, however no draft, roster moved and trades carry over but no progression and no contracts/retirements.

In classic EA fashion they bring it back completely barebones. It's actually crazy they thought this was a good idea to ship with. When they aren't seeing the engagement in the mode they would like, will they blame the players again?

Yeah I ran a Finnish GMC league for two years back in the day, with humans running most of the teams for six seasons. It was a wonderful game mode, and quite a few of those players reached out when news of the return of GMC broke. There was genuine excitement in the air, which soon disappeared after the details started doing rounds. I can’t believe EA could be messing this up after over tens years of pretending no one liked the mode. I hope they’ll fix this and bring back the “real GMC”.
