I’ll have to test this out tonight then.
My Offensive Dman build usually has an Elite One-timer or Rocket X-factor. Both provide a 15% boost to shot power and a 25% boost to shot accuracy. I have tested certain highs and lows but usually have both attributes between 88-92. The most I’ve ever seen my (or anyone else’s) slap shot or a one timer has been 104.3 or 104.7 MPH. This appears to be the MAX from tons of players I’ve played with.
So if you’re confirming an XF can take an attribute/s over 99 then if I boost my shot power attribute to say 95-99 then I should be able to achieve a slap shot or one timer above 104.3 or 104.7 MPH?

So I increased my shot power attribute to 97 for a few games last night. I didn’t register one single shot over 104.7 MPH.
So I can confirm the Elite 1T and Rocket X Factors don’t take the shot power attribute over 99 because if they did then I would be able to register shots above 104.7

I've let the team know. My personal thought is that even if it did go up, I doubt it would be any amount that would make a significant difference.
