I had that same problem, about a couple of months after the game became available. I tried everything to eradicate the problem, but to no avail. Im sure its a glitch in the software update. Eventually. It one day just stopped coming up. So hopefully, your's will as well. Always irritating, when nothing is mentioned about it, and even worse, when its not fixed.
Yeah, I didn't have this problem right away either. I played without any problems for a while, but I only bought the game recently. I hope it gets resolved.
