I used to love chel, why is it so awful

They focus on forwards which are 50% of the game, and turn dmen and goalies into pylons. Five foot nine forward  shrugging off a six foot two dman, If he can bump the forward at the same speed the forward is going, physics says the forward goes sailing or at least loses the puck and is unable to acquire it again 9 out of 10 times. They ignore half of the chel player base to help forwards, they just regressed all goalie builds last patch. 

Why not give some examples of things you'd like them to do better?
