lost connection
Hi everyone, for the last 3 days I keep losing connection while I am in NHL 26 Hut Moments, but if I play in the offline mode i don't lose connection, has anyone been experiencing the same thing ? when it happens I get a pop up that says to check with EA Sports. Everytime it happens i have to quit the game , i check my internet connection and nothing is wrong, all connections on my PS5 are good . is EA Sports having connection issues with NHL 26 ?
Hey there. Apologies for the late response. Let's see if power cycling your equipment takes care of this. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
