NHL 26 - Can I fire my BAP agent?

What good is having an agent in BAP (Be a Pro), if every deal that comes my way falls through?!? Having the BAP agent present opportunities that are only completed if I complete some lofty challenge...

Also there are no women agents in the NHL..so why do I have one. DEI? not working for me...she doesn't seem like she knows her stuff
