NHL 26 Be A Pro Reveal

I am sure that it is a lot of intense programming, however how is a scripted storyline letting you build and create your legacy over a game mode from 2011 - 2012 that allows you to start from the beginning and dictate your path in your career and legacy.

The predetermined state that this mode has seemly been putting your player in, essentially removes that and actually takes away form the overall story of the player you created. Whereas, a game from 2012 was able to do that. That is where my disconnect is.  This isn't even a 2k hockey game. It's their own game and a trailer from 2012 outperforms the 2026 trailer.. 

To some degree I can see a bit of a difference if they implement anything to do with the Europe leagues but last I checked there is no Be a Pro mode/careers solely centred around those leagues... I could be wrong though.. Its the decision to remove your ability to create your story and force you to enjoy the ones they are insisting you play...
