yes. and based on what you are telling me, we likely will never find a game based on your mm. Now we have 2 forward humans and me in goalie and still cant find a game.
No, i shouldnt have to use drop-in players to join a game. If my club has only 2 people one at once due to schedules, and one wants to play a goalie, you are basically making it impossible bc of bad matchmaking restrictions

The majority of teams with human goalies only want to play against other teams of human goalies. So, there is that requirement. Again, you have the option to allow drop-in players. Otherwise, you could try 3v3 club games. that might get you matches faster.
Nobody wants to play an "ONLINE, player vs player, Ranked Match" with 2HumanFWD and 1HumanG
If a 6v6 club match missing a Human player ... We back out of that match
It is 6v6 PlayerVsPlayer
not 6v6 some players some bots
I think you should be playing online coop game modes where you can play vs against similar number of players if it is just 2 or 3 of you.
The game /matchmaking isnt broken if you are in an incorrect game mode for your number or Coop human players
