Opponent’s not showing up in the stats

How do players not show up in the EA stats when you check the records?

Can people hide their records or be an anonymous or do you have to show up in the stats or something is not right?

Curious? 

The only record I have of me playing them is my record recording that I took, I can find them in my history, but I can’t find them in the stats of an opponent that I played them in the NHL 26
