PLS EA READ THIS BECAUSE THIS CAN HELP NHL 27 GAIN WAY MORE PLAYERS!
Dear EA Sports NHL Development Team,
The community is calling for a massive overhaul of the Be A Pro mode. To make NHL 27 the most immersive hockey sim ever, we demand the following features:
The Journey Starts at 15: Let us start our careers as 15-year-old prospects. We want to play multiple full seasons in leagues like the Finnish Liiga, SHL, or CHL before the NHL Draft.
Dynamic Growth System: As we start young, our players should physically grow in height and weight during the teenage years, affecting our playstyle and physics.
Interactive Intermissions & Locker Rooms: No more skipping to the next period. We want full-length, interactive intermissions with locker room speeches, injury management with trainers, and the ability to drive the Zamboni.
On-Ice Communication: Implement a system to talk to teammates, trash-talk opponents to throw them off their game, and argue with referees about penalties.
Authentic Pre-Game Experience: Show us the line-ups, goalie matchups, and let us participate in full pre-game warm-ups to get a feel for the puck.
In-Depth Practice Mode: Training should be mandatory. Morning skates and team practices should directly affect our line chemistry and our standing with the coach.
National League Authenticity: Bring back authentic Liiga goal songs and local arena atmospheres to make the European path feel real.
New Game Roles: Introduce a 'Be A Referee' mode where we can climb the ranks from junior leagues to the Stanley Cup Finals.
Game-Winning Drama: If we score a last-second goal, we want epic celebrations where the entire bench clears, combined with a 'Coach’s Challenge' system and video reviews to keep the tension high.
It’s time to bring the 'Pro' back into Be A Pro. The community is ready for a change. I also want to add these crucial features to the list: Full international career (Olympics, World Cup, and IIHF World Championships), and the ability to start as a 15-year-old so you can play in these tournaments throughout your career.
