Preset Builds in WoC

If you’re going to add preset builds, make them only available to use in their own game mode. No point in personalizing your own skills and x-factor combos just for you guys to drop some custom build that has 99 shooting, 99 speed, 99 hitting, with every red x-factor that makes the build unstoppable
