I do not deny that is exactly what he does. But the quesstion i proposed was. Does EA take action regarding that which he passes on. In the post i just wanted to see more recognition from EA regarding requests, or acknowledgment that they are aware and working on it. The moderator cant answer for them. He makes the case presented in the forum. But as for actually doing something about it. He cant. Not his call.

Obviously, action has not been taken on everything that is reported for various reasons. Much of the time, fixes are not as easy as many think. There always is the chance of fixing one thing, but also introducing a worse issue. Such is the case for the LT/L2 exploit. Other times, it could be a design decision to leave something unchanged. Regardless, we are always listening. I am regularly reporting feedback to the team. I would certainly like to see us do a better job of acting on this feedback though. And yes. It's not my call what gets addressed. I do as much as I can do advocate for the community. Which I too, am a part of.

  Aljo with all due respect, we don't see a lot done. Moments are still absolutely wonkey and now can't do empty nets, content is mid at best, we get you are a community manager, but EA just has a monopoly on NHL the only reason most of us are here. Is to just play a hockey game. No competition. When did bouchard get 4 assist in one minute? Ya never... its just poor.
  
  I am not pre ordering this game if it is the same layout. Same MSP weekly path, no weekly rewards, etc. You will get my $30 at thanksgiving time. And i will pass on HUT and the absolutely predatory stuff being done there. You have yet to relay how some people got BND 89 chel week cards. Multiple post, multiple DMs, etc. No response. Just a joke from a company and you can't do it correctly. The preview will make or break for me and im sure others. But it won't matter and I know that. Hopefully other join instead of feeding addictions to packs.
  
  *Edit: and again with all Due respect, many changes havent been requested by the community and is spun that way, when did people ask for weekly rewards to be removed? When did people ask for TOTY cards and fantasy cards behind a paywall? Used to be rewarding free to play with time. And if people wanted to pay their way fine. Now its just no money and you are cooked. I used to spend hundreds a year. Know thats not a lot compared to some, but now no way. We'll see... If you look around on places like Reddit where it is unfiltered its a different story. You have people uninstalling the game off a moment! LMAO!
