There has to be a BETTER way to communicate with E.A staff than this!

We are more than willing to accept whatever reason you give if you can take the time to see how it negatively impacts the game and work towards fixing mistakes for the future.

When I get mad that a puck literally went underneath me leading to a goal even though I was in perfect position, it's just that my guy was *hovering 1 inch above the ice* and you explain the mechanics behind that, yeah I can accept that answer at face value but time and time again when it keeps happening, to me, it shows the team just doesn't care enough to accept the fault and try to fix it for next year.

Our jerseys STILL change colours on their own. The AI STILL hangs up on every faceoff in 3v3, and they STILL let you just waltz past em for an easy goal more than a decade later. Yeah, i'm not sorry for getting mad and yeah, you *should* be made to hear it. Devs don't like getting blasted but the community doesn't like getting the runaround.
