There has to be a BETTER way to communicate with E.A staff than this!

While developers don't respond here, they are very aware of the activity. They keep an eye on them and I am very frequently reporting feedback. The best way to get your input in front of the devs is by being constructive and detailed. The comments that don't get relayed to them are normally due to being a rant or having little constructive content. 

We also can't comment on anything that hasn't been announced yet. I know that's very frustrating for many of you. You all want to know what's coming and you want more details about what is announced. We've had a lot of feedback on that recently. Hopefully, it helps drive change in the future.
