Hi there. Sorry for the late response. I was away for several days. Let's see if power cycling your equipment helps. Please follow these steps:

  1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
  2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
  3. Power it all up and try playing again
