TrollsWhat Happened?

So you can report people for language and behavior. Using demeaning slurs etc. When will you add in a troll reporting?  There's poor team/player play sure, but there are players deliberately pulling...

If you ban players, that means they wont show up in lobby on your side ?(team) 

How exactly ban works, what it does ?
