Why is there still no way to report cheating?

It's pretty obvious when people are cheating, why is there no way to report it?

Last update / patch messed up defence
I dont know what they did with the last update all i know if i can not play defence anymore i cant hit poke or intersept passes anymore did they make it thay this game is all offence now
