Unplayable Lag on Xbox

It’s really ridiculous how this is even possible! You have to restart the game after every 2–3 online matches because lag/FPS issues inevitably start. I bought a new Xbox Series X to replace the S, but the same thing continues! This is probably one of the biggest problem in the entire history of the NHL game series, and something needs to be done about it immediately..

Can you get a video showing the lag that occurs?
