Is there an update here? this seems to only have gotten worse over the last week. so many people skating right around the computer to score the same exact backhand goal over, and over, and over, and over, and over. Me and my team don't want to play like that and others force us to and this game just feels unplayable at this point.

Agreed. I would also remove/ rebalance EE. The devs just went way too crazy with all of the X-factors with 0 balance in mind. I like x-factors in some ways, especially when boosting small things or giving access to specific animations as those things separate those players from the field.. but a lot of them just kinda break the immersion completely. Add on the fact that now everyone runs the exact same one's or use an EA pre-made build and everyone feels exactly the same which was the whole premise behind adding x-factors into the game. 

Agreed.  Honestly I dont hate the xfactor abilities but i very much preferred the old point system like in NHL 14.  I believe that system and the new gameplay styles could be really good.  Seems the xfactors are harder to balance then the old points only(with boosts like +3, +5, +7) system.  Wheels is especially annoying for my club because we rarely have 5 human players so the guys we play against just all use wheels and take advantage of the cpu players, skate past them and use the same breakaway move each and every time.  Forces everyone to use wheels to keep up so theres not alot of variation.  I said this in another post too and i still feel maybe having a trade off like that 5’7 wheels user gets hit by a 6’5 defensive dman clean and injury occurs it should be for at least a period or so.  That would maybe help some?

Truculence is not OP. You can equip the Warrior or Unstoppable perks. Practice dodging hits to improve your skills. To counter Wheels, rely on human players to handle defense effectively. The computer defense won't do the job for you—you need to take charge and play your own defense.

Let’s not forget all these players do is glitch goals on the side of the net, the wrist shot in the middle of the slot and the long rebound shot from the point. The game isn’t fun anymore. It’s all people do is glitch and cheat. No skill involved and these players think they’re good.
