Why do you I have to be the highest point player to be a centre in Be a pros?

You at one time in Be A Pro could create a player and though due diligence after 2 years be a Franchise player. Then play for a team that drafted you as a centre man . Then after 3 years  sign for the team you wanted but yeah it might cost something for the team you go to? Since the pond hockey days and even now you get no development as a PC in any minor league except for a few games and then thrust into a winger position( okay yes I want to be a centre man)and have to be the best player overall to become a centre! Why can’t you still start as a centre and as your points increase and your skill as a centre just move up as a centre man?
