Why is the community not making a bigger deal about horrible matchmaking?

So can we get a real reason to why matchmaking hasn’t been improved? Because the excuse of a low player pool doesn’t seem accurate. Not if you have clubs pretty much having to do their own matchmaking. Backing out of multiple matches until you find an even one. I imagine we’re not the only club doing this. 

Hey there. As already mentioned, basing matchmaking results on skill level would result in long wait times. Hopefully, we'll add this as an option for those of you that don't mind the long waits. I've relayed this feedback in the past, but will do that again. Thank you.
