Why is the community not making a bigger deal about horrible matchmaking?

I’ve bought 24, 25, & 26 and this has  been a huge problem with CHEL. So much so that two of my friends will not buy the 26 game. I want to tell them it’s better but tonight we played one 6v6 game lost 8-1 to fires and a 3v3 game lost 7-1 against fires.  We are in division 10 in both. I say lost but we left after the second period. This is just not fun!  EA needs to address this or they will lose one more customer at least.
