Let us start and play full season/seasons from European leagues or minors in North America before getting drafted
Let us play full World juniors tournament before draft
Improve draft interviews
Add Calendar back
Add contract negotiations through your career and start it where you sign your first 3 year rookie contract
Chemistry with your linemates/teammates should matter to your players progress
Better and more realistic challenges through your career
You should know what happens around your team. So, add team newsfeed
Add injury report! You should know what injury you are having and how long you are out
Update newsfeed. More wholesome newsfeed of injuries, trades, transactions and happenings around the league
Now your player can play in the NHL at the age 16. Rule states that all players should be atleast 18.
Add timeouts, there are no timeouts in Be A Pro at the moment.
Enable suspensions and match penalties
Enable LTIR
Add tunnel walkouts to special moments EVERY season
Add 3 stars of the game cut scenes if your player is one of them
More realistic press conferences and better questions
Locker room interviews when it really matters (first goal, hitting a milestone, named to 3 stars of the game etc.)
Add exit interviews with coach/GM when season ends
Add rookie lap cut scene when you make NHL debut
Championship photos are missing players and staff
Coaches do not even follow the game when you are sitting at the bench or react to anything
Salary perks are so meaningless, update needed
Better teammate AI
Update form score, it's been disaster from the beginning!

Great list.

Add timeouts, there are no timeouts in Be A Pro at the moment.

Timeouts would be cool for your team it seems they only happen to the other team.

Improve draft interviews

Draft interview questions are just silly, probably better to just remove them in my opinion.

Update form score, it's been disaster from the beginning!

I think they should give us an option to just get rid of the form score and keep the challenges.

Locker room interviews when it really matters (first goal, hitting a milestone, named to 3 stars of the game etc.)

It seems hitting milestones in the be a pro mean nothing. They do have 3 stars after the game, but they should have the players introduced with a skate on the ice after the game and an interview with the 1st star of the game.

My idea was just add a trade, injury, transaction section, nobody pays attention to the newsfeeds plus they are so small you just glance over it.

Never understood why if we get injured or a teammate gets injured, they don't tell us what the injury is or how long we will be out?

I agree it shouldn't be always based of scoring, should maybe be something like each rival and playoff game related like if you are center win 4 or 5 faceoffs, land a big hit on their star player, block some shots etc.

Chemistry with your linemates/teammates should matter to your players progress

Cool idea like in real Hockey, maybe add a stat on view lines section saying such and such have great chemistry on the ice, maybe have your player and the other player called into the coach's office saying something like you guys have great Chemistry on the ice keep it up or the opposite you guys have terrible chemistry and we are going to have to make changes to the lineup.
