WOC pay to win now?

I noticed there is no other way to obtain the new loadout Shark-enf without paying for NHL points. In previous years you could earn the loadout early in season pass for free. Is this the start of a shift to earn money this way EA?

    Yep, this is ridiculous.  P2W after I buy the game every year.
