Freezing frequently

This has now happened over 8 times. The game freezes. It either shows an arena, no players, with the caption cleaning ice. Or. The players are on the ice, fans cheering and active, but game play does not resume. On another instance. The game stops completely  and a msg comes up. Something went wrong, and giving you the option of reporting it. I would like this to be passed on to the EA staff, and find a reason and or fix. Nothing more annoying, that being part or half way through a game, and it freezes or shuts down. End up with a loss in XP. And any objectives attained are wiped out. Would be most appreciative if this can be passed on. And its not a connection issue on my end. This is definitely a flaw in the game.

    Hey there. I moved your thread to the bugs forum. Can you post some more details? We need to know the mode this is happening in. It would also greatly help to get a video. Please post it somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link. I'll need this before getting the issue submitted to the team for review. Thanks!

    WOC games not loading currently.  Both 3’s and 6’s.  After it says “starting match” it’ll either just show my player on the WOC screen with it just spinning repeatedly or it will cut to the drop in cut screen and freeze.

    Yeah. It also happens in the XP games as well. You go to start another period, and just the ice surface. Fans moving and cbeering. Sound working. But no action. Also with the periodic cleaning ice twirling around.

    Thanks Aljo. I will post one next time it happens, as unfortunately i was remiscent in doing so earlier.
