Goalie passing lag
Hi, YOU NEED TO fix this lag immediately. Goalies just can’t pass the puck in their own net. It just can’t happen. Here is a video proofing that it happens and it has happened before. I should be able to pass the puck as a goalie without needing to worry if one is going to put it in the own goal. This is 100% a bug and you need to make sure that it won’t happend again to anyone playing the game. If you asked me right now if in enjoyed the game i would answer that very little. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a critical, game-breaking bug in the "Cup Chase" mode of NHL 26. I have been a loyal and constant player of this franchise since NHL 98. I play offline 75% of the time, but I have been competing in the online "Cup Chase" mode. For the past several days, I have been repeatedly disconnected from the EA servers during "Cup Chase" games. This is not a random issue; it has three very specific and frustrating characteristics: It Only Happens When I Am Winning: I have not experienced a single disconnection when tied or losing. The server drop only occurs in games where I have the lead. It Is Not My Connection: I am on a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection, not Wi-Fi. My internet service is perfectly stable, and I have zero connection issues with any other game or service. It Is Happening Repeatedly: As of writing this, I have been disconnected from my last three consecutive "Cup Chase" games, all of which I was winning. Each disconnection has resulted in a loss, severely impacting my standing. If this continues, this bug will directly prevent me from making the playoffs, not because of my skill but because of a server-side failure. A brief check of the official EA Forums and community sites (like Reddit) shows that I am not alone. Many other players are reporting this exact same bug: being disconnected from "Cup Chase" specifically when they are winning, only to be handed a loss. For a long-time customer who has supported this franchise for over 25 years, this experience is unacceptable. This is ridiculous. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this bug and a server-side patch to fix it. My progress is being unfairly nullified, and the mode is currently unplayable in a competitive sense. This has been an issue since at the very least the last nhl game as well. I use alternate controls and have hug post and tether set to manual and off. Now in the main menu screen, within the settings and controller settings, those values are saved to what I had set them to be. However, in bap these settings reset to the default values every time and you have to rechange them before starting a game.Crash to Dashboard STILL
I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point.Solved
