Missing assets in create a team
There are a lot of jerseys missing, lots of logos missing and half the color picker is missing. Trying to create the Quebec Nordiques but their jerseys aren't available neither are the Colorado version. Their logo is wrong, most notably missing the stroke/outline. It's also impossible to pick the correct shade of blue since half the color picker is missing. It's supposed to be a square but it's a triangle. Being able to input hex or rgb codes would help a lot.
Home and away line changes being set to manual not working
Hello! I'm wanting to control my teams line changes in-game but dont know how to. I've tried changing the settings in the main menu before starting my franchise mode but it doesnt work. Ive even tried creating a preset and saving it but don't understand how those work. Please help! Thank you.Missing Season 2 XP tokens after downgrade loop bug
I ran into a bug that ate my S2 XP tokens and I'd like them restored. Here's what happened: I downgraded an S2 XP player, claimed the returned tokens to my Item Inbox, and collected them all via L3 → Add to Collection. When I went to upgrade another S2 XP player, I only had 1 token despite receiving ~15. Checking back on the player I'd downgraded — he still showed the higher tier levels. Trying to downgrade him again kicked me out of HUT with a "failed to load data" error. Restarting the game didn't fix anything. To make things weirder: the player is now showing as downgraded — but the tokens are nowhere to be found. They're not in my inventory, not in my Item Inbox, just gone. So the downgrade went through on his end, but the tokens never made it back to me. I'd appreciate getting those ~15 S2 tokens back. I know S2 XP players are old school, more or less, but Juraj is genuinely useful for the +40 salary buff line and I want to push him to OVR 89 instead of 84 — which is exactly what those tokens were for before the game ate them. Hey! ive been trying to use fantasy hockey collectibles, but they wont fill into the set. I have three collectibles, two from trading in 2 92 players and one from a challenge. All three are marked as bound when i find them in my collection. Oddly, they don’t appear as bound if i look them up in posting an auction. Obviously bound collectibles makes no sense. How do you report an entire game? I played a game that cost me almost 800 RP where my opponents were allowed to commit penalties without consequences. Very confusing how a defender away from play being shoulder checked off his skates at the offensive blue line while the puck is in opposite corner is not interference. This team was allowed to do it all game. Shoulder check everyone no matter the situation or puck possession. Not reverse hit, literally shoulder checking everyone on my team repeatedly without penalty. And its not like it was limited to checking infractions. My team had to endure the animations of being hooked and tripped but then the game allowed play to continue without penalty even after a second player committed charging. I'm not calling this the forbidden term, but just tell me how to report the entire game and/or get the RP back that you technically "gifted" my opponents. I tried using your AI chat feature to find an answer, but that was a continuous circle of the same responses.
