Getting an error code

Keep getting error code 74a7fc65fb4d3505-0000000000009999-d55689a56385d3fd when I go to play any game mode in hut. Everything else works just fine, I am just unable to play. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
