Captains set rewards disappearing?
Hi, I was told by ea support to post on here because only the devs can fix this apparently. i completed 3 sets for random 95 ovr captains, i got them in my inbox the first one was Esposito the second one I can’t remember and the last one Nolan. I then went back to captain sets to trade them for Marleau and it said I didn’t have any 95-96ovr captains cards. I went to my collection and searched they weren’t there. I reset my game. Still not there. I waited a day and checked again still gone. So I’m out 9 x 93ovr players and 3 x 92ovr players and was told by support they can’t do anything and to post on the forums. So here it is! it takes a long time to grind 93ovr players so I’m pissed and there doesn’t seem to be anyone willing to help un-ruin the game for me.Invite failed in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming
Hi, I’m having an issue with multiplayer invites in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming. My friend and I both have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When we try to invite each other in the same game version, we always get the error: “Invite failed.” We tested both NHL 25 to NHL 25 and NHL 26 to NHL 26. The only mode that works for us is World of Chel. In other modes, we cannot join each other. Invites work correctly in other EA games when playing through Xbox Cloud Gaming, so the issue seems specific to NHL 25 and NHL 26. Xbox Support checked their side and said everything looks fine, so they advised us to contact EA Support. Could you please check this issue from the EA side? I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. Over the last week or two I have been experiencing random lost of connection to EA Servers and then I get booted offline for 5-10 minutes on my Xbox Series X. I have reinstalled the game twice, deleted all captures and every game I don’t play. I am using an Ethernet cable and I have speeds around 900MBPS download and 200-600MBPS upload. When this happens my Xbox is the only thing that loses internet, my pc next to me and my iPad does not. I have no issues with any other game on my Xbox either. This is getting quite ridiculous as I play in NHL leagues and this is causing me to not be able to play. HELPSolvedBe a pro won’t let me continue due to salary perks!
I am currently in the Stanley cup finals in my first season of be a pro. I am playing on ps5. While simming between games the salary perk window popped up and showed that I’m over budget. I removed all I could, however there is one perk it won’t let me remove it is the “scent creator” for $175000. It won’t let me remove it and is leaving me at $80,000 spent and only $47,376 available. Due to this it will not allow me to continue with my be a pro due to being “over budget”. This is very upsetting because like I said I am in the middle of my first Stanley cup final in be a pro and now all of a sudden I cannot continue. i have attached a photo. I really hope I am able to continue and not have to start over again as I have no older save I can go back to. thank you
