Network connection issue

Hello it’s saying unable to connect to EA servers at this time my internet connection is perfectly fine can you please fix it for me?

    Hi there. Please try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
