NHL 26 keep crashing

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else. There are very few reports of PS5 crashes like this. Can you get me a video of it? I'll get this reported, but with how rare this is, chances are good it's going to be difficult to reproduce. If we can't reproduce it, we can't fix it. I will get it reported to the team though.

I can try to record a video tomorrow, but since it can happen at any time, it may be difficult. Normally, the game freezes, then the screen goes black, and an error code appears. After reporting the error, I’m taken back to the PS5 dashboard. I’m concerned because if this can’t be fixed, it feels like I’ve paid for a game that doesn’t work.

Thanks. Your built in game DVR should record the last few minutes of play. So, when it happens, you should be able to grab a clip.

I totally understand. Hopefully, we can figure out what's causing this.

This same problem has been happening with my NHL 26. I’ve played College Football 26 with no issues. Here is the error code I get.

I just bought Nhl26 and trying to create my hut team. The issue is that when i am trying to pick my Captain in the captains pack, it says error and throws me back to the beginning to the start screen where is all gamemodes (WoC, etc.)

Having real issues with Ranked and Champions. On 3 occasions the server has disconnected costing me wins.

My last game is a loss despite me being 2-0 up. Can this be rectified so that my rank and record does not keep going down?

Same exact thing is happening to me in franchise mode. This is unacceptable  you pay for a game you expected to work I can no longer get through a complete game without it crashing and shutting down my PS5 completely. I only play franchise mode. It happens in the first period second period and third period I can steal the game editing rosters signing contracts for hours on then but the moment I enter game it crashes I want to refund immediately

There is no point in trying to get the game to work right. There are literally thousands of posts on Facebook and every social media site about different issues but they say it has nothing to do with the game to talk to other players they might be able to fix it but they made the game not us. It's awful after season 3 started, got rewards and chose players so I could get boosts and they switched the teams the players were on 2 days later so they are now useless

Hey there. You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.

When a console completely shuts off, that's normally an overheating issue. Make sure your console is in a well ventilated space and the vents are free of dirt and debris. You may also need to open it up and clean it out.
