Created teams crash my game
Whenever I have like more than 7 teams created and I try to edit a team I have already created it just crashes my game. And I always have to make a new roster and delete the corrupted one. Please fix this problem because I'm sick of deleting rosters I spent time on and having to restart to just get it corrupted again. It's VERY annoyingGame Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue constantly on my original Xbox series X. Every game I play besides NHL runs flawlessly and I cannot say the last time it crashed. From playing hours of MLB I believe I have never once crashed mid game. I ended up buying a new Xbox for my alternate location so I wouldn’t have to pack my Xbox whenever I traveled and it is about 4 months old now and am still having the crashing issue on this game. Tonight I tried to play hut and 2/3 games have crashed. One being in the third period and the other one was 2 minutes into the first period. I have gotten my Xbox’s professionally cleaned, purchased an expansion card, upgraded internet, spent hours on threads and many videos on how to fix this issue, and truly seems there is absolutely no fix. I will not purchase another new console as my other one that is only 4 months old has this problem as well. What I have gathered it is something with an Xbox series X and every other console does not have this issue. Ea has no fix or solution to this so I would advise if you only play NHL do not purchase an Xbox series X as this game is literally unplayable on it. Doesn’t matter what mode you play. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and fix it. It will crash non stop. It is so frustrating as truly any other game you play will run with no issues at all. Just don’t waste your time or money trying to fix it. Nothing will work. This issue has been going on for a few NHL year cycles and still no fix.
Disconnects since Friday and now retrieval code error
On Saturday, I tried to play hockey and I was disconnected seven times, I am wired, I rebuilt my database, I’ve cleared my cachet, and still was disconnected… I’m not played in a couple days, figured it would be better, but today now this morning, I disconnected from the game three times with retrieval code errors. However, I’m still on PlayStation network, and my kids are still playing their stuff with no interruptions, so it’s not I know it’s not my Internet connection nor is it PlayStation network. The code error that I received B4184EE146841884–000000000009999–2478C56F628FF337 I did this when I called these numbers but the zeros maybe a few or less zeros Is there something going on with the retrieval data? I’m able to play every other game online without disconnecting or any other error codes whatsoever. As soon as I play NHL, I can get on for about 10 minutes each time and then disconnect….. It cost me seven games so far…. Is there something going on?Cup chase frozen again
Very first game after the patch and my most common problem strikes again. I understand ea doesn’t consider NHL a major title or profit maker but it can be pretty insulting paying such an inflated price for a game that feels unfinished. I would expect all the major bugs to be fixed at the very least. I wish the franchise would finally go to a developer that will make the fan base feel important and not like they’re being taken advantage ofBe a pro glitching mid game
Im playing be a pro. And the game glitches and crashes midgame and starts over from xbox startscreen. This has happened many times in the first season, more the 10 times. Now it is like once a day. I have to log in to the game again and start the match over. Please can devs fix asap it destroy the gaming feeling
